The elections
A short overview of what is being decided, who we are nominating, and how to vote.
Monday, October 19, 2026
Seats are open on the Ocean Tower One board, and your unit has one vote for each of them, non-cumulative. This board oversees the 25 year inspection and the construction that follows it: the biggest milestone and the biggest expense in our building's history.
When
Annual meeting and vote count: Monday, October 19, 2026, 6:00 PM, Ocean Tower One Meeting Room, per the Association's notice. Vote as soon as the Association's official ballot arrives.
Who we are nominating
2 experts on the ballot: Scott Siegel and Sean Wolfington.
The plan
Complete the 25 year inspection on time and on budget, control costs with real bids and oversight, and keep owners informed at every step.
What to do now
Get Your Voter's Guide. It is a checklist of the steps the Association requires, with reminders.
The steps, in plain order
Getting your Voter's Guide takes about a minute. We put your answers on the Association's own form, email it to you to sign and send yourself, and remind you of each date.

This site is privately owned and run by Ocean Tower One unit owners. It is not affiliated with the Association, and it openly supports specific candidates. The Association and its counsel do not review, approve, certify, or oversee this site, so their silence about any page is not a confirmation that it is correct. This site does not receive, submit, transmit, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. You send your form and your ballot directly to the Association's management office or the election monitor, exactly as the official instructions say. The Association's official election materials, Florida law, and the Association's governing documents control how the election is run. Our job is to make that official information easy to find, not to interpret it or stand in for it. Where we show an Association message, we show its source and date; later messages may change things, so always check the Association's official materials for anything final. "In response to owners’ requests, the Association will offer email voting in accordance with Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes." (Association notice, October 1, 2026) On October 1, 2026, the State of Florida appointed Mr. Tomas Rementeria as election monitor (Florida DBPR, Notice of Appointment, October 1, 2026).
