Good news, and it is because of you.
Thank you
Owners who signed petitions this year did something big together. Thank you.
The special assessment
The Board's own notice from August 24, 2026 says the Board 'did not' pass the $22 million special assessment. Owners spoke up and asked good questions. That was you.
A monitor chosen by the State
Owners united and signed a petition. On October 1, 2026, the State of Florida said yes and appointed an election monitor, Mr. Tomas Rementeria. See how the State's monitor and the Association's own monitor are different.
The election monitor, explainedEmail voting
The Association announced email voting under Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes. Its notice says it did this 'in response to owners' requests.'
Who is running
Three of the four candidates have announced publicly: Pepe Cancio, Scott Siegel, and Sean Wolfington. The fourth has not announced yet.
What is next
We are asking management the questions that are still open, on your behalf. See the next steps. As soon as the rules are clear, we will email and text you the Association's instructions, laid out simply.
The next stepsWhen we work together, things get done.
The steps, in plain order
Getting your Voter's Guide takes about a minute. We put your answers on the Association's own form, email it to you to sign and send yourself, and remind you of each date.

This site is privately owned and run by Ocean Tower One unit owners. It is not affiliated with the Association, and it openly supports specific candidates. The Association and its counsel do not review, approve, certify, or oversee this site, so their silence about any page is not a confirmation that it is correct. This site does not receive, submit, transmit, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. You send your form and your ballot directly to the Association's management office or the election monitor, exactly as the official instructions say. The Association's official election materials, Florida law, and the Association's governing documents control how the election is run. Our job is to make that official information easy to find, not to interpret it or stand in for it. Where we show an Association message, we show its source and date; later messages may change things, so always check the Association's official materials for anything final. "In response to owners’ requests, the Association will offer email voting in accordance with Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes." (Association notice, October 1, 2026) On October 1, 2026, the State of Florida appointed Mr. Tomas Rementeria as election monitor (Florida DBPR, Notice of Appointment, October 1, 2026).
