Improve the Facility
Oversee the inspection's construction, and take care of the two urgent items owners feel every day.
The elevators
They are how we start and end every day, a life safety system, and the first and last impression of our home. Installed in 2002, they are past their roughly 25 year life expectancy. The company that installed them sold its elevator business, service calls run about $1,000 an hour, and the equipment is unreliable.
The plan for the elevators
An independent expert, working for owners, negotiates a full modernization with the top three manufacturers: best product, best price, and most importantly the maintenance terms, because maintenance drives the total cost over the life of the equipment. Ocean Tower One becomes the on ramp the other towers follow.
The garage gates
Old equipment and scarce parts cause the downtime we all live with. You do not keep fixing an old gate; you replace it.
The steps, in plain order

This site is privately owned and run by Ocean Tower One unit owners. It is not affiliated with the Association, and it openly supports specific candidates. The Association and its counsel do not review, approve, certify, or oversee this site, so their silence about any page is not a confirmation that it is correct. This site does not receive, submit, transmit, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. You send your form and your ballot directly to the Association's management office or the election monitor, exactly as the official instructions say. The Association's official election materials, Florida law, and the Association's governing documents control how the election is run. Our job is to make that official information easy to find, not to interpret it or stand in for it. Where we show an Association message, we show its source and date; later messages may change things, so always check the Association's official materials for anything final. "In response to owners’ requests, the Association will offer email voting in accordance with Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes." (Association notice, October 1, 2026) On October 1, 2026, the State of Florida appointed Mr. Tomas Rementeria as election monitor (Florida DBPR, Notice of Appointment, October 1, 2026).
