Improve Operations
Leveraging AI, technology, and training so the building runs better and feels better.
Phase the work around residents
Construction sequenced to limit inconvenience: quiet hours respected, access preserved, amenities closed one at a time rather than all at once.
AI maintenance planning
A vendor has offered a free data driven maintenance report. Planned maintenance costs far less than emergency repairs.
Automate the routine
Automate routine administrative tasks so staff time goes to owners and to the building, not to paperwork.
Transparent communication
Clear, regular owner updates through the season of restoration, so no one is guessing what happens next.
Five star hospitality training
Low cost hospitality training makes our staff happier, prouder, longer tenured, and more like family — and every owner feels it at the door.
The steps, in plain order
Getting your Voter's Guide takes about a minute. We put your answers on the Association's own form, email it to you to sign and send yourself, and remind you of each date.

This site is privately owned and run by Ocean Tower One unit owners. It is not affiliated with the Association, and it openly supports specific candidates. The Association and its counsel do not review, approve, certify, or oversee this site, so their silence about any page is not a confirmation that it is correct. This site does not receive, submit, transmit, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. You send your form and your ballot directly to the Association's management office or the election monitor, exactly as the official instructions say. The Association's official election materials, Florida law, and the Association's governing documents control how the election is run. Our job is to make that official information easy to find, not to interpret it or stand in for it. Where we show an Association message, we show its source and date; later messages may change things, so always check the Association's official materials for anything final. "In response to owners’ requests, the Association will offer email voting in accordance with Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes." (Association notice, October 1, 2026) On October 1, 2026, the State of Florida appointed Mr. Tomas Rementeria as election monitor (Florida DBPR, Notice of Appointment, October 1, 2026).
