Dear Owners,
In response to owners’ requests, the Association will offer email voting in accordance with Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes. As in prior years, the election will be administered by an independent third-party election monitor.
There are four (4) qualified candidates. Their Candidate Information Sheets and Personal Information will be included with the ballot notice and voting instructions sent by MYEMAILVOTE@2020VISION.MANAGEMENT. There are 2 seats available, please vote for only 2 candidates, voting for more than 2 candidates will render your vote invalid.
This year there are two different voting options: email ballots and paper ballot voting. Owners that are in residence are encouraged to attend the annual meeting and vote in person. Owners that are away but do not have access to email voting, may vote by mail to the address provided below. By voting with a paper ballot, your vote will remain private. If you choose to vote via email, you are waiving the STATUTORY RIGHT TO A SECRET BALLOT option.
OPTION 2 – EMAIL BALLOT, waiving your right to Secrecy.
- Owners choosing email voting will receive an “EMAIL BALLOT” from MYEMAILVOTE@2020VISION.MANAGEMENT
- Vote for no more than two (2) candidates. Voting for more than two candidates will invalidate the ballot.
- Type or print your name, type and print your unit number, make sure to send the ballot from the email used by the person who signed the Primary Occupant form.

It is not affiliated with the Association, and it openly supports specific candidates. The Association and its counsel do not review, approve, certify, or oversee this site, so their silence about any page is not a confirmation that it is correct. This site does not receive, submit, transmit, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. You send your form and your ballot directly to the Association's management office or the election monitor, exactly as the official instructions say. The Association's official election materials, Florida law, and the Association's governing documents control how the election is run. Our job is to make that official information easy to find, not to interpret it or stand in for it. Where we show an Association message, we show its source and date; later messages may change things, so always check the Association's official materials for anything final.
