What is the Ocean Tower One board?
A board of three owners that runs our tower, serving staggered two year terms.
Three seats, staggered terms
The board has three members serving staggered two year terms, so owners have a say every year while experience stays on the board.
What the board actually does
It sets our tower's budget, hires and oversees management and vendors, and makes the decisions about maintaining and improving the building we live in.
Why this year is different
This board oversees the 25 year inspection and the construction that follows it: the largest project and largest expense in our building's history. That takes business, finance, and project management experience.
The steps, in plain order
Getting your Voter's Guide takes about a minute. We put your answers on the Association's own form, email it to you to sign and send yourself, and remind you of each date.

This site is privately owned and run by Ocean Tower One unit owners. It is not affiliated with the Association, and it openly supports specific candidates. The Association and its counsel do not review, approve, certify, or oversee this site, so their silence about any page is not a confirmation that it is correct. This site does not receive, submit, transmit, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. You send your form and your ballot directly to the Association's management office or the election monitor, exactly as the official instructions say. The Association's official election materials, Florida law, and the Association's governing documents control how the election is run. Our job is to make that official information easy to find, not to interpret it or stand in for it. Where we show an Association message, we show its source and date; later messages may change things, so always check the Association's official materials for anything final. "In response to owners’ requests, the Association will offer email voting in accordance with Section 718.128(7), Florida Statutes." (Association notice, October 1, 2026) On October 1, 2026, the State of Florida appointed Mr. Tomas Rementeria as election monitor (Florida DBPR, Notice of Appointment, October 1, 2026).
