About us

Owners of Ocean Tower One created this website to educate other owners on the election — especially the many neighbors who travel and do not live in Key Biscayne full time.

This is not the Association website. It was built by owners to make it easy for owners to take part in the election.

We are owners, not the Association. This is a free service built by neighbors to help our neighbors follow a complex process: general information, a checklist of the steps the Association requires, and reminders of what is due when. Nothing here is legal advice, and the Association decides which votes are counted.

Getting your Voter's Guide takes about a minute. We put your answers on the Association's own form, email it to you to sign and send yourself, and remind you of each date.

About this site. OceanClubTower1.com is an independent information resource built and run by Ocean Tower One owners. We are not the Association, the management office, or the election monitor, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We are not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice. We do not tell anyone how to vote or what will be counted. We do not receive, send, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. We share the Association's official notices word for word, with their source and date, and the Association's official notices and instructions control. For anything official, contact the management office at 305-365-0090 or adminassist@oceantowerone.com.
