Your designation form
Enter your unit number and we'll show you the owners of record according to public records. You choose which owner will be designated to vote for the unit, answer the same questions the Association's form asks, and we'll email you the completed form to review, sign and send to the management office yourself.
About this site. OceanClubTower1.com is an independent information resource built and run by Ocean Tower One owners. We are not the Association, the management office, or the election monitor, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We are not lawyers, and nothing here is legal advice. We do not tell anyone how to vote or what will be counted. We do not receive, send, certify, or count ballots or forms for anyone. We share the Association's official notices word for word, with their source and date, and the Association's official notices and instructions control. For anything official, contact the management office at 305-365-0090 or adminassist@oceantowerone.com.
