Who operates this site
This website is operated by a group of unit owners at Ocean Tower One. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Ocean Club Tower 1 Condominium Association, its Board, or its management company. This is not the Association website. It was built by owners to make it easy for owners to take part in the election.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us: your name, unit number, email address, mobile number, how your unit is owned (individual, joint, trust, or LLC), the names and contact details of co-owners, trustees, or officers you provide, who you designate to vote for the unit, and which of the Association's forms you ask us to show you with the names filled in for you to confirm.
How we use it
Solely to communicate with owners about the Ocean Tower One board election and related owner matters, to show you the name on the Association's Primary Occupant list for your unit, and to email you the Association's own blank form when you ask for it. You fill it in, sign it and send it, from your own email. The Association decides who is eligible and which votes are counted.
Authorization and your control
We act only at your direction, for the specific items you check. You may withdraw your authorization, correct your information, or ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing authorization does not affect anything already filed with the Association, which you may address with the Association directly.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not publish owner names, units, or contact details publicly. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to Ocean Tower One elections and owner communications.
Who may see it
Only the owner volunteers organizing this effort, and service providers that host our website, database, email, and text messaging under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or where required by law.
Text messages and email
If you sign up for election alerts, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Ocean Tower One Alerts, about election dates, deadlines, and reminders. Mobile phone numbers collected for text alerts are used only to send Ocean Tower One Alerts messages and are never sold or shared with third parties. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or email us to unsubscribe. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
What your permission covers
When you give us your contact information for a Voter's Guide or election alerts, you give us permission to (1) contact you by email and text, (2) email and text you election alerts telling you when voting opens and where the Association's notice says to send it, and (3) email and text you other election updates, reports and communications, including the results of the election. Your information is used only for Ocean Club communications by this site. It is never sold, rented or shared with anyone else. It is used solely to remind you of the steps and the dates, and to report the results.
Website analytics
We count visits and measure how the site is used so we can make it clearer. That measurement is anonymous: a random identifier for the browser tab, the pages viewed, how long the visit lasted, which buttons were used, and which form field was the last one touched. It contains no name, email address, phone number or unit number, and it is never joined back to an individual owner.
Security and retention
Information is stored in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by row-level security rules so that one owner can never read another owner's record, and reachable only by signed-in authorized organizers. Nothing about a submission is exposed publicly, and analytics can only be written by a visitor, never read by one. We keep records for as long as needed for the election cycle and any related owner matters, then delete or de-identify them. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Unit names
The name shown for each unit comes from the Primary Occupant list that the Association produced in September 2026 in response to an owner's official records request. It is shown for information only and is independent of this policy.
Children and changes
This site is intended for unit owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this policy; the current version always appears on this page.
