This website is run by a group of unit owners at Ocean Tower One to share information about the board election and related owner matters. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Ocean Club Tower 1 Condominium Association, its Board, or its management company. This is not the Association website. It was built by owners to make it easy for owners to take part in the election.
Use of this site
Information here is provided in good faith for owner education and election participation. It is not legal advice. You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information about yourself and your unit when you fill in a form.

By opting in you agree to receive election update text messages from Ocean Tower One Alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. You may also email info@oceanclubtower1.com and we will remove your number. Messages are election dates, deadlines, and reminders only — no marketing.
Your mobile number
Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties. Numbers are used only to send you the election update messages you asked for, and are handled by the messaging and hosting providers that operate our systems under confidentiality obligations.
