How to complete and submit your form
- 1.The names. The form asks for the Unit Owner and the designated voter, spelled as they appear in the ownership records.
- 2.Sign it. The Unit Owner signs the form. If your unit is owned by an LLC or trust, the person signing writes their title, for example Manager or Trustee. If management sent you their DocuSign version, signing that works too.
- 3.Open a new email to adminassist@oceantowerone.com from your own email address. Attach your signed form. Copy and paste this message: Hi, my name is [name], owner of Unit [unit number]. I've attached my Primary Occupant Designation form. Please confirm in writing that you have this form on file for my unit, with my name spelled exactly as it appears on the form. Thank you.
- 4.Click send.
- 5.Watch for management's written reply and keep it. Ask the management office if anything about your eligibility or the process is unclear.
You send this yourself. We never send anything to the Association for you.
Get Your Voter's GuideHow this site works
You enter your unit. We show you the name on the Association's Primary Occupant list for your unit, for information only. We'll email you the Association's own blank Primary Occupant Designation form; you fill it in, sign it and send it to the management office yourself. We remind you by text and email of what to do and when. When the Association's second notice arrives, it contains the official ballot and the Association's instructions, and you follow those. Every step is yours. The Association decides eligibility and which votes are counted, and nothing here is legal advice.
